I like the bit in the clip where the cat runs into the end zone and the announcer yells "Touchdown!"

Ignore me. One of my current fandoms has as main characters both a black cat creature and a cat-themed superhero.

That is priceless. There was also a black cat that ran onto a football pitch in the UK in February of this year, and we had a black kitten run onto the ice here in SJ during warmups before a Sharks playoff game in the spring of 2016. The kitten got rescued, kitted out in Sharks swag at hssv.org, and eventually adopted by Patrick Marleau's family (one of my favorite Sharks players ever).

I am looking daggers at our own black cat Hitomi to ask her what is up with black felines at sporting events.
