Date: 2012-01-23 07:12 pm (UTC)Personally, I figure on voting for Gary Johnson, assuming he gets the Libertarian nomination. He actually has some serious experience, and unlike the guy who ran in 2008, he actually appears to have libertarian principles, rather than being a disaffected conservative opportunist. Of course I don't imagine you'd have any enthusiasm for Johnson, but even by your standards he might well be less ghastly than the Republicans who are still in the race.

Date: 2012-01-23 09:59 pm (UTC)Johnson appears, from what little I've seen of him (the coverage is derisory, of course), to be an honest and principled representative of the views he holds, and neither insincere (like Romney), hypocritical and gasbaggy (like Gingrich), or a true nut (like Paul). Good. The more votes he siphons off from the Republicans, the better.
