I don't understand why a company providing a service/product that has nothing to do of itself with a religious matter (other than the whole "cleanliness is next to godliness" thing) would require employees to participate in any sort of religious training.
And frankly, this sort of work-place indoctrination is something I associate more with Scientology than with any other belief system.
