Sauteeed broccoli and zucchini² [because there needs to be some veggie somewhere]
Whole-wheat challah³
Sparkling grape juice
Fruitcake with chocolate chips for dessert<sup>3

Very yummy all around. Thought I would miss a conventional "main dish," but I didn't. Soup was filling. Happy Chanukah!

Though they have no meat in them, latkes are a hearty main dish any day.
