In the generation after Dvořák, one of the leading Czech composers was Vítězslav Novák, whose works include a South Bohemian Suite. (Not surprisingly, south Bohemia is where he was from.) I like this one for its March of the Hussites.

I still haven't listened to the Japanese symphonies yet, as I am waiting for delivery of new earbuds. (Mine broke, so I'm listening with one ear. For these, I want stereo sound)
