YAY for decluttering! I have to say that the kind of stove that would be installed in a rental unit is likely to be pretty simple. On the order of: Push "Bake" and then +- for temperature. Stove electronics do wear out because people insist on putting the electronics near a heat source. My next stove will be more expensive but ANALOG. :)
