Actually, as I said in my previous post, I think Hamilton did pretty well by history. This post is merely a supplementary post to explain the real history of a part where they did tinker with it a lot. It is not intended in any way as a criticism of the show. The criticism was in the previous post, and addressed the music and the drama, not the history.
