There is a novel about her by Margaret Irwin, who wrote several about other members of her family and other figures of that period: The Bride (1939), which posits a love-affair with the Marquess of Montrose (obviously before she took the veil). I find that this is even still in, or returned to, print - it was very much the sort of thing being recommended by teachers when I was a girl.
