It was made entirely of consumables served at the banquet and its tableware. Those are the only rules for food sculpture that I know of. An empty plate could be a food sculpture, if the pun so required. (The Food-keeper?)

I've just thought of another one (typical: I come up with a joke four days late). Bite a hole in a dinner roll. Fill it with potato. The Anno-tatered hole-bit.
