report of the day

You wouldn't think it would take four and a half hours to get a leaking car tire fixed, but it would. There went a lot of my plans for the day, including one hoped-for final master-class session at Menlo. Fortunately it gave me time to re-read a short book I needed to refresh my memory on for my Mythcon paper; unfortunately the re-reading only took about two hours. Crunch.
