Well, that answers a question. As you recall, I sat in on a summer session with this orchestra almost a year ago. My impression of the conductor was that they were possibly trans, but at that point, they were still introducing themselves by the dead name. At that time, they had a tall, strong body that was both masculine and markedly feminine in movement. I hope they're very happy.
