Re the water, what was puzzling was that we had water when I got up. I got up, did my business, then poured myself a glass of water to sip while I did my morning prayer and meditation. When I finished that, I was ready to make breakfast. *THEN* we had no water. Fortunately, we are long-time Californians who keep jugs of water around in case of earthquake. I made my tea and oatmeal with those. I still have half of a huge bottle of hand sanitizer that was on my desk at work before I retired so I could clean my hands as needed.
