We don't go to TJ's often, but when we do we stock up on some of those "generic" items.

Among other things, it's the only place (that I know of) where you can get frozen ready-to-heat pajeon, which has become something of a staple chez nous. And their selection of snack food is simply wonderful, which is one of the reasons we don't go there more.
