Remember Ercan, who I used to work with? He was so mean to the phone people. He would get someone in an Indian call center with an Anglo name and just hound the guy: "No, what's your name really?" Considering that Ercan was not exactly white bread himself - he was from Cypress - I thought it odd. And it's my understanding that the people in call centers overseas are told to use Anglo names to make us Amurricans feel more comfortable.

I still love seeing posters for the Fremont guy who runs for city council: Bob Dhillon.
