What do you see as the theme of Pygmalion? I find it memorable above all for its refusal of the "unresolved sexual tension" trope, but I wouldn't call that the theme; I'd just call it Shaw preferring his own paradoxes to conventional theatrical paradoxes. But I haven't read it in years and years.
