Does a used car dealer called "Honest Bob's" sound sleazier or more dubious to you than one which doesn't advertise in its name how honest it is? If so, the parallel should be obvious. If not, there's nothing I can say: in that case, you're the victim that "Honest Bob" is aiming to defraud.
