Wow, what a stunning law library! When Ellen Klages and I drove across Iowa a few years back, we stopped at the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library (where I acquired a patch of Herbert No Nickname Hoover, one of my favorite stupid artifacts of all time), but we had no idea about the state capitol building.
