The tea chest sketch is also one of my favorites, and not just for Jerusalem. (Not being an Anglican, this was the first place I ever heard it.)

I also especially like the Gumby Brain Surgeon (third season, so we didn't watch it this time), the expedition to climb the twin peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro, Crunchy Frog, the Architect Sketch, and the entireties of episode 2, the one that begins with the flying sheep, and episode 21, the one that begins with "Archaeology Today".
