I doubt I would have enjoyed that show, though. One of the key things about the Beatles was that they were one of the greatest live bands of their era (never saw them in person, but it's clear from the recorded performances). Even good musicians playing the music note for note is not going to have the same synergy as the original band.

(Not that I dislike covers on principle: most of Tori Amos' are outstanding.)

I'll conclude by saying that the experience of seeing a small-time band in a small venue (rock club, etc.) is very different from either a classical concert or a "rock [arena] concert," and to me preferable to either. (You may or may not remember that I had no interest in that Rolling Stones concert you mention.)
