What does Les Noces have to do with this? Kosman didn't say he hates Carmina Burana because it's a ripoff of Les Noces; he didn't even mention Les Noces in the reviews I'm thinking of. The only relevance of Les Noces would be if his negative remarks on the work applied just as much to Les Noces but he didn't apply them to it. Actually he is frustratingly unspecific about what he hates about Carmina Burana. Being a ripoff of Les Noces - assuming it is one, which I think is a gross misuse of the word "ripoff" - is not an "abuse this work on other grounds for free" card.
