public service announcement

It's cool that somebody is doing this: "This blog is about my quest to visit all 70 of the California State Parks on the closure list, to raise awareness of the parks and encourage others to visit." I may follow in a few of her footsteps.

Apparently, also, "closed" is a term of art. So, go.
