Did you not receive an e-mail like the one I got in all-caps?

Normally my two week certification would have run Dec 20-26 and Dec 27-Jan 2, but instead I was asked to certify just the first of those weeks, and got the all-caps e-mail in place of the usual confirmatory e-mail after I submitted the certification.
